Dr. Luis Olivares
Psychiatrist
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Complutense University of Madrid, he specialized in Psychiatry at the San Carlos Clinical University Hospital.
His additional training includes university certifications such as Expert in Mental Health Emergencies from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy, and Expert in Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), both from the University of Alcalá de Henares. He has also trained in other techniques, including mentalization-based therapy and care for neurodevelopmental disorders.
He has worked for three years in specialized ADHD programs for children in the Community of Madrid and has collaborated on various projects focused on prevention and support for socially excluded children and youth, as well as individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
His approach to psychiatry and medicine extends beyond diagnosis and treatment. He emphasizes understanding the person and their individual circumstances to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. He believes that difficulties and suffering can occur at any age, with children being one of the most vulnerable populations, and he focuses his clinical practice on their care.
