Quality Policy
ViveLibre’s management, aware of the importance of quality, environmental respect and safety and health at work when it comes to meeting the needs of users and other interested parties, has decided to make a firm commitment to quality.
This commitment is articulated in the implementation, in its development, production and maintenance activities of systems, devices, applications and services to support Independent Living and Advanced Telecare, of a Quality Management System that is effective and efficient, thus achieving the benefits of all interested parties, with the management’s commitment to continuous improvement and adaptation to new changes.
ViveLibre will promote the concept of continuous improvement as a permanent objective. This commitment includes compliance with legislation in all aspects that affect the activity, seeking to sustain and increase user satisfaction.
The general guidelines established for the achievement of these objectives are the following:
- Achieve full satisfaction of our users and clients, providing them with services in accordance with the requirements, needs, expectations and established specifications.
- Establish a documented system to ensure the quality of products and services.
- Implement continuous improvement as a standard of conduct.
- Comply with all legal provisions that affect us in labor, commercial and environmental matters, as well as with additional requirements assumed voluntarily.
- Prevent pollution in such a way that environmental impacts are minimized and, as far as possible, eliminated in the environment where our activity is carried out.
- Promote safety and health at work at all levels of the organization and across all processes.
- Promote training, information and awareness of workers, including suppliers and subcontractors, on matters related to quality management, prevention and respect for the environment. The internal culture that helps us to deploy the objectives set is based on the following principles:
- Our main interested party is the user and his family. We are focused on radically improving the quality of life of people.
The products and services we develop define what we do. The value perceived by our users and our commitment to their present and future well-being define who we are. - We develop unique solutions motivated by a unique idiosyncrasy based on our own language.
- Our way of working is based on the promotion of internal transparency and the free exchange of ideas.
- We do not classify, categorize or label people. For us, each human being is unique and singular.
- ViveLibre ultimately promotes the freedom of individuals, that is, providing people with mechanisms to exercise greater control over their own lives. The concept of freedom unfolds in other secondary values such as mobility, autonomy and self-direction.
- Our main interested party is the user and his family. We are focused on radically improving the quality of life of people.
The Quality Management System has been developed and must be maintained in such a way that it works based on these principles, prevention and suggestions for improvement, avoiding the costs of non-quality produced by errors or non-conformities.
The effective implementation of the Quality Management System is the direct responsibility of Management. On your behalf and in your representation, the Quality Management System Manager will supervise its implementation, development and maintenance, evaluating its suitability and correct application. To this end, the Quality Management System Manager has the necessary authority to intervene in all ViveLibre processes subject to said system in order to ensure its effectiveness as well as that of the system as a whole.
As Administrator of ViveLibre, I undertake to develop the guidelines that are set out in the system in terms of quality, environmental respect and safety and health at work.
