With just one click on your device, the professionals at the Support Unit will assist you in less than 30 seconds, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Support Unit can mobilize medical resources, whether public or private, depending on the user’s availability, as well as security resources.

Additionally, in case of need, it ensures that the user’s family members are informed.

In situations that pose a risk to the user, such as disorientation, getting lost, or a fall, the app provides an accurate real-time tracking service.

This ensures the user’s exact location is known and allows for quick action in case of an emergency.

The Support Unit helps you define safe geographic areas or zones to avoid for the user, with the flexibility to schedule their activation or deactivation based on the day and time.

If the user crosses these boundaries, the Support Unit will be automatically alerted and will act according to the agreed-upon security protocol.

In a situation of loss or disorientation, the user simply needs to press the green help button for the Support Unit to immediately geolocate them, providing guidance to their destination or notifying their family members or close contacts.

In emergency situations, the Support Unit can review the user’s itinerary to respond quickly according to their needs and prevent potential risk situations.

The Support Unit manages the user’s health schedule, reminding them of medical appointments and medication intake, even providing telephone assistance for the proper administration of their treatments.

ViveLibre is your daily health assistant. It records the user’s vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, glucose levels, weight, or body temperature, either manually or through devices connected via BT/BLE.

The Support Unit helps you set health thresholds, personalizing them for each user according to their personal circumstances. Additionally, it alerts in case of continuous deviation from these thresholds.

Thanks to the collection of historical measurements and their comparison with the previous three periods, ViveLibre provides detailed clinical reports that identify trends and significant changes, giving external healthcare professionals a complete view for diagnoses and treatments.

Through the same app, family members have real-time access to all the user’s information, providing them with maximum peace of mind and confidence through features such as:

Family members can access the user’s location in real time, as long as the user has authorized it in the service settings.

At the same time, the user will receive a real-time notification that their family member is requesting their location.

Family members can access the user’s location history and routes within a specified time frame.

Family members can access the history of alerts attended by the Support Unit and configure real-time notifications to be received after any alert has been addressed.

Family members can access the user’s historical biomarker records at any time, along with detailed information based on the pre-established thresholds.

This provides a comprehensive view to monitor the user’s well-being at all times.
