This project has empowered over 400 individuals to date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The initiative aims to develop and promote innovative support models that enhance personal autonomy and independent living for people with disabilities. The project integrates services and resources designed to facilitate a more inclusive, safe, accessible, and healthy life within society.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The RUMBO Project has ViveLibre as its key technological partner to provide services that promote personal autonomy and health care for people with disabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><div\n\tstyle=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--regular);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--regular);\" class=\"vivelibre-graphic-links
